| Ordering Information, Terms and Guarantee |
| Since all of my products are made to order and built to the customer's exact specifications, it takes some time to move from the original order to a finished product. While there is no substitute for a quality, custom-made shelf unit, bed or piece of furniture, it is wise to order as far in advance as possible to ensure a timely delivery. All orders are completed on a first come, fist served basis. With two or three projects lined up, it could take several weeks to actually receive your item. All due care is taken to ensure a high-quality piece for each customer, so time-saving shortcuts are avoided. Below is a list of things to consider when ordering: |
- Materials: What kind of wood is to be used? What kind or style of hardware?
- Size: How many shelves? How many stereo components? Will it fit in your house? How long? How wide?
What is its specific use? - Finish: What color stain? Clear varnish or amber? Gloss or semi-gloss? Hardware visible or hidden?
Paint? Trim? Accents? - Design: Custom- designed, or follow a pattern? Your idea, or mine?
- Cost: What is your budget? How will the above items affect the price?
- Completion time: Did you order in time to allow for construction, finishing and delivery?
| Terms of delivery: Shipping is available to anywhere in the world, at purchaser's expense. For delivery to the Fairbanks and North Pole area, there is no delivery fee. Items may be picked up, delivered, or built on site(when size is a factor). Payment terms: For most items, a deposit of one half of the estimated cost is to be paid before construction begins, with the remainder of the actual cost to be paid upon delivery. Estimates will be available at the time of ordering, but since costs and labor time vary, the actual cost is not certain until the item is completed. Changes in design, materials or specifications by the customer will also affect the final cost, and will be accounted for (added or subtracted) on the final bill. |

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, it may be refused upon delivery for a refund, or I will repair whatever is wrong at no cost to you. This does not apply to damage or changes resulting from misuse, abuse, or alteration to/of the product by the customer. Once delivery and inspection of the product is complete, the sale is final. |
